ElevateBIM was founded by Adrian Sin in January of 2022, to provide independent contractor BIM Management services to clients in the AEC industry.

Adrian graduated with a bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He began his career as an architectural designer gaining international experience in Asia and the Middle East working on various large scale multi-disciplinary projects such as the Doha Metro Gold Line, estimated at $4.4 billion dollars, and Singapore Rail Cross Island Eastern Leg. After 5 years developing expertise in Revit, Adrian returned to North America in 2018 joining Gensler as BIM Manager. Most notable was his work on SFO Terminal 3 West project where he lead BIM Management coaching 30 staff on the architecture team and coordinating with 10 consultant firms to deliver the billion dollar design-build project. Adrian also worked at Facebook in a contract with Hines Interests Limited, developing their BIM Execution Plan for construction of their office facilities. After settling back his home town Vancouver, Canada, he was approached by a San Francisco MEP engineering firm with the opportunity to establish ElevateBIM and offer independent contractor services in January, 2022.
